I have 2drawer Bev/Wine Cooler @ over $1,000...I must say where is the dislike button for Vinotemp. The first unit came defective with a broken interior drawer/functiong screen. They do not offer any possible way to get service and NO PARTS will be shipped even under warranty...SUBPAR customer service, sent a new one and I had to dismantle it out of the crate from China. Now this unit has both broken top drawers... What company operates like this? Making a client dismantle out of a crate that came overseas when the unit came from their warehouse in the US? Clearly Vinotemp cannot get their oversears production right in China...do not buy this product if you care about quality, reliability and service. NO VALUE!The product looks good but is so poorly constructed and the service is no damning that i strongly recommend going to a major appliance brand where they build better products and stand behind the quality and warranty. I have paid a $1,000 FOR A NIGHTMARE AND A PIECE OS SCRAP METAL.
